Another vbMT Test

I believe that I found the culprit of my vBMT integration problem. Movable Type plugins get called frequently without actually being required to do anything. In most cases, the plugins simply return no data without doing much of any processing.

When I enabled multi-blog functionality, I actually was pulling preferences into play prior to checking if the call to the plugin contained any context - the context actually defining which blog I was working with.
