Wiki Launched

I've decided to make my wiki public today. It's far from complete at this time, but I thought it was a good idea to make the resource available to people. I don't know that you would ever consider a wiki complete, but there is a lot of information that I would like to plug in there, and a lot that I'd like to accomplish on the administrative side of the street that just isn't done.

There are a few interesting things up there already. If you are interested in setting up a mail server, the qmail page is an excellent starting point. There is also a section set up for compressed or compacted javascript libraries that I'm sure a lot of people will find useful. If you've been coming back for my shrunk down releases of prototype or scriptaculous, that page will always be updated with the most current release available for download. There's also a section including my notes for setting up mediawiki, although admittedly that is a little slim right now.

As far as my projects go, there are sections linked from the home page for some of my projects, but the documentation is very slim right now and though I do want to push forward some releases, all that is getting released today is the wiki.

In the coming couple of days, I should be implementing vBulletin as well, along with the latest release of zend optomizer on my server that hopefully will speed things up a bit on this site. I have a lot of things on my plate and a finite amount of time to accomplish them in. All I can do is keep plugging away.

Also of note is the fact that I've disabled trackbacks on this blog. I was dealing with entirely too much spam as far as trackbacks are concerned.

Hopefully the vBulletin implementation will force my hand at producing a vBulletin / Moveable Type integration. It doesn't seem that difficult to me conceptually at this point, but I do see a number of development paths that would lead to an integration. For my purposes, I think the simplest path will suffice.
