The discussion forum located at http://www.stevekallestad.com/discuss/ is the most reliable and desirable way to contact me.
If you have an absolute need to email me, you should know my email address. If you want my email address, post a public request for it, including your email address in the discussion forum. I may or may not respond.
Telephone
I do have a telephone. If you know me, you probably know my phone number. If not, you probably know somebody who has my phone number. Get it from them.
Fax
Seriously? You won't post in the discussion forum, but you want to contact me via fax? I don't think so. Like the phone number above, if you need to fax me, you already have my fax number.
Telepathy
I do occasionally open myself up to receive telepathic messages. If you wish to send me a telepathic message, set your brainwaves to frequency 42. If you receive a message machine, leave your contact information. I should respond within 2 years. If I have not responded within that time frame, please try again.
One Day
In all seriousness, I do plan on implementing a feedback form here at some point to provide a mechanism for those that do not want to post in the discussion area for one reason or another. Don't hold your breath. I have a lot on my plate right now.
