You mention a sister Marni and Southern California. Did you all ever live in Fresno? I ran across this as part of some research, but when I saw the names I thought I would check. I attended Malloch elementary in the 70s and 80s in Fresno.

So by research I guess you mean searching google specifically for her from your house in Thousand Oaks and from your desk at 1 Amgen Center Drive.

Leave your name and contact info and if she's not too creeped out she'll get in touch with you. I'll scrub your contact info when I see it and pass it on.

Went to Google after running across your site with a colleague on his computer. Could not remember URL. I'll take a pass on the contact info. Was just curious if you were related to the same Marni.

I knew your father in 1962 in Denver. We were both biology students at DU. I was told he had passed away when I called Kallestad Labs in 1985. I was starting a biotech supply company and wanted to contact him to possibly discuss business with him. I've always wondered how he passed away since I didn't ask the person at the company when i called. If it's not too personal maybe you could tell me. I was looking up another friend of the same era when i thought of Steve and decided to look for him and came on this link. He was quite a guy and i enjoyed knowing him.

sincerely,
jim gautsch

Look for an e-mail with the subject SBK. I responded early this morning.
