Liquid Layouts and IE Quote:
I have spent some time recently revisiting CSS while trying to throw together some fairly simple layouts. The problem with CSS 3 years ago was lack of consistent support from various browsers. That problem still exists today - even with IE7 gaining a large market presence.
Since IE 5 is now becoming a forgotten browser, and CSS support has grown up a great deal, are we getting to a point where we can now create effective layouts? Yes and no.
