Moving Past OOP Quote:
Object Oriented Programming is a good way to do things. Though in hindsight it was a fairly obvious idea (which is what ensured such mass adoption), it was revolutionary. OOP has opened up the world of programming to many people who just wouldn't get it otherwise.
But now that OOP and it's fundamental performance restrictions have become the mainstay, where do we go from here? I have a few ideas.
