The BBC as an article about Microsoft going after one of their MVPs that is getting linked from Slashdot, Reddit, Digg, and all the other usual venues. The basic storyline is that a developer extended VS Express with a Unit Testing mechanism and Microsoft is all up in arms about it. They harrassed him into un-releasing it, then eventually he decided to re-release it. Now they have threatened a law suit.
